If your school wants to register to take part, you can do so via the registration link provided on this website, which can be found here. Please only complete this form if you are a member of school staff.

This survey is open to all mainstream secondary schools with students in years 7-11. If you do not see your school’s name, it might not be eligible. Contact the Ipsos team at SDDsurvey@ipsosresearch.com if you have questions or think your school should be included.

The registration form will be open until the end of 2025. We encourage schools to register their interest as soon as possible to allow sufficient time to plan the inclusion of the survey in the timetable.
